Polio Certificate: Polio vaccination certificate from NADRA is mandatory for all Pakistani travelers.

 

Flight Booking: Confirmed return ticket reservation voucher showing your travel dates and airlines.

 

Hotel Reservation: Confirmed hotel booking voucher for your entire stay in Saudi Arabia.

 

Transport Voucher: Confirmed transport arrangement voucher for your travel within Saudi Arabia.
